Bundle Widget Not Appearing Checklist
- App Embed Not Enabled
- Go to Online Store > Themes > Customize
- Open App embeds
- Find Rich Landing Bundle and ensure the toggle is ON
2. Bundle Status Not Active
If the bundle status is not active, it will not appear on the storefront.
- Open the bundle inside the app
- Check the Bundle Status
- Check the Bundle Status and ensure it is set to Active (not deactivated).
Note:
Inactive bundles are not shown in preview or on the live store.
3. Bundle ID Missing in Theme Editor
If the Bundle ID is not added in the theme editor, the bundle will not appear on the storefront.
- Go to Online Store > Themes > Edit theme
- Add or select the Rich Landing Bundle block
- Enter the correct Bundle ID from your app
Note:
You can find the Bundle ID in your app under Bundles List.
