Overview

This feature shows dynamic stock messages such as:

• In Stock – 100+ available
• Selling Fast – only 13 left
• Almost Gone – only 5 left
• Out of Stock

These indicators appear on product cards and update based on inventory levels, giving customers a clear idea of product availability.

How to Enable (Step-by-Step)

1. Go to “More Features” from the left sidebar
2. Click on “Inventory Stock Counter”
3. Enable “Stock Counter Badges”
4. Click on “Edit Stock Rules”
5. Customize stock ranges, labels, and styles
6. Save your changes

Stock Rules Configuration

You can fully control how stock messages behave by defining rules:

Stock Levels & Conditions

Set different ranges for stock status:

• High Stock (e.g., 21+)
  • Message: In stock
• Medium Stock (e.g., 11–20)
  • Message: Selling fast
• Low Stock (e.g., 1–10)
  • Message: Almost gone
• Out of Stock (0)
  • Message: Sold out

Customization Options

Text & Messaging

• Customize labels for each stock level
• Add dynamic values like:
  • “Only {stock_number} left”

Colors & Styling

• Set different colors for each stock level:
  • Green → In stock
  • Orange → Selling fast
  • Red → Almost gone
• Customize:
  • Font size
  • Font weight
  • Text color
  • Background color

Display Behavior

• Show/hide stock badges on product cards
• Control placement (below price, above button, etc.)
• Ensure consistency across desktop and mobile

Real-Time Preview

As shown in the preview:

• Products display different stock messages based on availability
• Each product dynamically updates its label
• Helps customers instantly understand which products are limited

Best Practices

• Use clear and actionable messages
  (e.g., “Only 5 left – Order now!”)
• Combine with:
  • Countdown Timer → for urgency
  • Sales Notifications → for social proof
• Avoid unrealistic numbers (keep it believable)

Inventory Stock Not Showing? (Troubleshooting Guide)

After enabling the Inventory Stock Counter, if the stock is not visible on the product cards, then usually the issue comes from missing configuration. There are two main conditions that must be fulfilled.

1. Enable Inventory Tracking from Shopify Admin

First, make sure that inventory tracking is enabled on the product itself.

Steps:

1. Go to Shopify Admin
2. Click on Products
3. Open the desired Product
4. Scroll to the Inventory section
5. Enable “Track quantity” / Inventory tracked
6. Make sure:
   • Product has available stock (greater than 0)
   • Inventory is properly assigned to My Custom Location and Shop location

👉 Important:
If inventory tracking is OFF or stock is 0, then stock counter will not display.

2. Enable Inventory Display in Visual Editor

Even if inventory exists, you must enable it inside the bundle UI.

Steps:

1. Open Visual Editor
2. Go to Styling
3. Click on Products
4. Open Product Card Information
5. Enable “Inventory / Stock” toggle

👉 This controls whether stock is visible on the product cards inside the bundle UI.

If inventory stock is not showing, it’s not a bug, it's usually a missing setup.
Make sure both Shopify Admin inventory tracking and Visual Editor product card settings are properly enabled.
