Discount Not Applying

Troubleshooting: Bundle Discount Not Showing at Checkout

Follow these checks in order to identify why a bundle discount isn’t appearing.

1. Bundle Status

  • Open the app and locate the bundle.
  • Confirm the status is Active.
  • If it’s inactive, activate it to (re)create the Shopify discount function.

2. Discount Function Exists

  • In Shopify admin, go to Discounts.
  • Look for an automatic app discount with the bundle’s name.
  • If missing, deactivate and reactivate the bundle.
  • If auto‑recovery is enabled in Settings, the app will attempt to recreate missing discount functions automatically.

3. Product Eligibility

  • Confirm all cart items are still part of the bundle.
  • Check that the exact variants (size, color, etc.) match the bundle configuration.
  • If the bundle is collection‑based, make sure those products are still in the collection.
