Discount Not Applying
Troubleshooting: Bundle Discount Not Showing at Checkout
Follow these checks in order to identify why a bundle discount isn’t appearing.
1. Bundle Status
- Open the app and locate the bundle.
- Confirm the status is Active.
- If it’s inactive, activate it to (re)create the Shopify discount function.
2. Discount Function Exists
- In Shopify admin, go to Discounts.
- Look for an automatic app discount with the bundle’s name.
- If missing, deactivate and reactivate the bundle.
- If auto‑recovery is enabled in Settings, the app will attempt to recreate missing discount functions automatically.
3. Product Eligibility
- Confirm all cart items are still part of the bundle.
- Check that the exact variants (size, color, etc.) match the bundle configuration.
- If the bundle is collection‑based, make sure those products are still in the collection.
