Form Fields

What is Form Fields?

Form Fields enable you to add input fields like:

• Text fields (e.g., Subject)
• Textarea fields (e.g., Message or Notes)
• Number (e.g., quantity, age)
• Date (e.g., On which date?)
• Time (e.g. at what time?)

Customers can fill out this information while building their bundle.

Why Use Form Fields?

You can use this feature if you want to know:

• Customer special instructions
• Custom messages or notes
• Personalization details (e.g., gift message)
• Any additional order-related information

Placement Options

You can choose where the form fields should appear:

• Inside Bundle Box – Fields appear within the bundle summary
• Below Bundle – Fields appear below the bundle section
• Separate Step – Fields appear in a dedicated step

How to Set Up Form Fields

1. Go to the Visual Editor
2. Click on More Features from the left sidebar
3. Open the Form Fields section
4. Enable Form Fields toggle

Add Fields

1. Click Add Field
2. Choose field type:
   • Text
   • Textarea
   • Number
   • Date
   • Time
3. Set field label (e.g., Subject, Message)

Preview

• The added fields will appear in the Bundle Box preview (right side)
• Customers can fill them before checkout

Form Fields Styling

The Form Fields Styling section allows you to customize the appearance of the form fields that are shown inside your bundle (e.g., Subject, Message). From here, you can control the layout and design to match your store’s branding.

What You Can Customize

1. Display Style

• Choose how form fields are arranged:
  • Stacked (fields appear one below another)
  • Other layout options (based on configuration)

2. Border Styling

You can fully control the borders of form fields:

• Top Border Style
• Bottom Border Style
• Left Border Style
• Right Border Style

Options include:

• Solid
• None
• Other styles (if available)

3. Border Radius

• Adjust the corner roundness of input fields
• Helps create modern or sharp UI styles

4. Border Color

• Set the border color of the fields
• Match it with your theme colors

Important Note

• The information entered by customers in these form fields is also saved and displayed in the Shopify Admin Order page.
• This allows you to easily view customer inputs such as notes, messages, or special instructions directly within the order details.
• If you want to display the form inside the Bundle Box, you must enable it from:
  Styling → Bundle Box → Bundle Horizontal Box
