Widget Metrics

A good illustrative screenshot would show the Analytics → Conversion tab with a clear, left‑to‑right funnel and numeric conversion at each step.

Suggested screenshot composition:

  • Page context
  • App sidebar visible on the left with Analytics highlighted
  • Tabs at the top of the main panel: Overview and Conversion, with Conversion selected
  • Date range controls
  • Top-right date range picker visible (e.g., Last 30 Days)
  • Optional quick presets dropdown (Today, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, Last 90 Days, This Month, This Quarter, Year to Date)
  • Funnel visualization (main focus)
  • A horizontal funnel or step chart with five labeled steps:
  1. Widget Views
  2. Product Adds
  3. Tier Applied
  4. Cart Adds
  5. Purchases
  • Each step should display:
  • The event name (e.g., Widget Views)
  • The event count (e.g., 12,450)
  • The conversion rate from the previous step (except the first step), e.g.:
  • Under Product Adds: View → Add: 38%
  • Under Tier Applied: Add → Tier: 62%
  • Under Cart Adds: Tier → Cart: 71%
  • Under Purchases: Cart → Purchase: 44%
  • Between steps, show drop‑off percentages or small labels like Drop‑off: 62% to emphasize where customers leave the funnel.
  • Summary metrics above or beside the funnel
  • A row of metric cards summarizing key KPIs, for example:
  • Overall Conversion: 3.4% (from Widget Views → Purchases)
  • View → Add Rate: 38%
  • Add → Cart Rate: 29%
  • Cart → Purchase Rate: 44%
  • Each card should include a small label and a large numeric value, optionally with a trend indicator vs. previous period (e.g., +8.2% vs last 30 days).
  • Optional lower section (still visible in the screenshot)
  • A Top Bundles table or list under the funnel, with columns like:
  • Bundle name
  • Widget Views
  • Cart Adds
  • Purchases
  • Overall Conversion
  • This reinforces that the screenshot is part of a broader analytics dashboard.

Visual style tips:

  • Use a clear, contrasting color (e.g., blue or green) for the active funnel bars and a lighter neutral for drop‑off areas.
  • Keep typography simple: event names in medium weight, counts and percentages in bold.
  • Ensure all five event types are fully visible in a single frame so the entire journey Widget Views → Product Adds → Tier Applied → Cart Adds → Purchases is readable at a glance.

This composition will clearly communicate the step‑by‑step conversion rates and where customers drop off in the bundle widget funnel.
